A luxury boutique hotel in the Caribbean island Turks & Caicos, marries a chic New York city feel with the cool and relax vibes of the Caribbean islands. The beachfront hotel offers a number of fish options. In addition, guests can partake in reef fishing. The hotel allows visitors to fish for local snappers and groupers. For the skilled fisherman, you can opt to go deep-sea fishing and perhaps catch a marlin, wahoo, tuna and/or Barracuda fish..

Blackberry Farm produces a number of organic treasures such as wild flower honey, farm-fresh eggs, and artisan cheeses from East Friesian sheep. Meals are served at The Barn by Executive Chef Joseph Lenn and his team. Blackberry Farm also hosts a series of culinary programs that welcome visiting chefs and wine makers.

The Gibb’s Farm is situated across 75-acres across the slopes of Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater. It sits on an 80-year-old coffee plantation and has three decades of experience of producing organic fare. Guests can start his or her day organic Arabica coffee, grown and roasted right on the farm. At midday guest can enjoy a buffet of farmhouse food. There is 30 acres of coffee, 10 acres of veggies and fruits, five acres of flowers and herbs and a working dairy and pig farm. Even the cattle and pigs are feed organic fare such as farm kitchen and food waste as well as food grown on the farm or in nearby villages.

Nestled in Kittitian Hill, a community in the foothills of Mount Liamuiga, this boutique luxury resort provides guests with fresh fruit crates daily. The staff works closely with local farmers and expert foragers to bring a farm-to-table experience to guests. Food is gathered from the Belle Monte 400-acre organic, sustainable farm as well as other surrounding areas in the island. Additionally, guests can make reservations to have the chef and his team spends the evening preparing dinner right in front of you.
