When one door closes, another opens. This was especially true in Los Angeles this week, which saw the openings of a David Yurman boutique in Glendale, the announcement of Villa Blanca’s closing and Petra Stunt‘s listing of The Manor. Here is everything you might have missed this week in the City of Angels.
It’s official: Christian Louboutin is coming to Brentwood! The footwear king is opening his second space in Los Angeles at the Brentwood Country Mart in the two-story, 1,700-square-foot space formerly known as Post 26. The shop is slated to open later this year or in early 2015.

Petra Stunt has put The Manor, the $150 million home she purchased from Aaron Spelling, on the market. The F1 heiress has completed overhauled the home since purchasing it for the tune of $85 million. The Manor has 14 bedrooms and 27 bathrooms on 4.7 acres.

Haute Living hosted a soiree celebrating the new Westime Malibu and its CEO and owner, John Simonian, Wednesday evening at Larry Ellison‘s Nikita Malibu. The chic dinner was attended by the likes of Hublot’s Global CEO Ricardo Guadalupe and artist Mr. Brainwash.

Lisa Vanderpump has confirmed that she’s selling the restaurant that made her a household name—Villa Blanca. But it isn’t as if the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will be restaurant-less; she also owns the eateries PUMP and Sur.

Fine jewelry and timepiece designer David Yurman has opened a luxe new boutique at the Americana at Brand in Glendale. The 1,844-square-foot boutique will carry recently launched collections, such as the Hampton Cable Collection®, Starburst Collection for women, and the Frontier™, Knife Edge and Chevron for men. It will also carry David Yurman’s classic collections, including gold and sterling silver designs, fine jewelry, timepieces and the brand’s Wedding Collection.

Highlights of the ultimate fanboy convention in San Diego included Quentin Tarantino’s confirmation that he’s making “The Hateful Eight,” the cast of True Blood bidding an emotional adieu to their long-running HBO series and Christopher Nolan made a surprise appearance to promote his newest film, “Interstellar.”

Entourage stars Emmanuelle Chriqui and Adrian Grenier were among the guests who flocked to the Carondelet House in downtown Los Angeles on Thursday night for the For Love & Lemons annual “SKIVVIES” party, which was co-hosted by Too Faced Cosmetics. Actress Jena Malone, who has created a special collaboration with For Love & Lemons, also performed hits from their latest album for guests including Jessica Szohr, Christa B. Allen and Pia Toscano.
