Abu Dhabi’s First Gary Rhodes Restaurant Opens in Abu Dhabi
Rhodes 44, renowned celebrity chef Gary Rhodes’ first restaurant in Abu Dhabi, has opened at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi. One of the hotel’s signature restaurants, Rhodes 44 offers guests an intimate venue for all-day contemporary dining, and is the perfect setting for Rhodes’ masterful reinventions of classic British and European dishes mixed with Arabian influences.
Guests can choose to dine inside within the vibrantly colored restaurant or outdoors amid the spacious garden terrace. For private celebrations or corporate affairs, Rhodes 44 also offers two private dining rooms, featuring ample lounge space for entertaining. Rhodes is often referred to as “the chef’s chef” and is acclaimed for his constant attention to detail, creativity and devotion to the culinary arts.

Gastronomic highlights at Rhodes 44 include Watermelon, Feta and Almond Salad; Asian-inspired Seared Sumac and Pistachio King Prawns; and Pan-Fried Salmon with Flageolet Beans. Guests can also choose from an exclusive Executive Menu, and The Daily British Classic menu that features British staples such as steak-and-kidney pudding, and decadent desserts like Sticky Toffee Pudding and Strawberry Eton Mess.
