Last week a new Italian restaurant called Doma opened its doors in Beverly Hills. Located in the former La Focacceria space on Camden in downtown Beverly Hills, Doma features white walls, prominent floral arrangements and a menu including Italian favorites.

General Manager Francesco Greco has a busy Monday last week as he prepared for the opening of his restaurant, Dona. LA Eater reports that Greco was directing a photographer, seating guests, supervising bartenders, hiring waiters and attending to deliveries all in preparation for his new venture’s big opening. Now nearly a full week into its opening, Doma is open daily for lunch and dinner with a full bar and private dining options available. There is also valet parking for those who arrive by car.

The kitchen is headed by executive chef Dustin Trani who will offer dishes like calamari, pizza, whipped burrata and bacon, agnolotti stuffed with mascarpone and more.

Greco is the former General Manager of Toscana in Brentwood.
