Haute 100 Update: Pharrell Williams to Collaborate with Mark Ronson on ‘Record Collection 2012’ Single

News | August 1, 2011

Pharrell Willims, Haute 100 Miami member and most recent inductee into the hip hop figure-turned-liquor maker group, has been asked by famed British DJ and producer Mark Ronson to collaborate with him on Ronson’s upcoming single Record Collection 2012.

The collaboration will join two hemispheres worth of stellar producing and performing talent in the form of Williams and Ronson. The song was originally released on the 2010 album Record Collection, and featured vocals from Mark Ronson, Duran Duran’s Simon Le Bon, and Wiley.

This fresh, newer version to be released with Pharrell is highly anticipated not only for the forces of the talents behind it, but because it will be remixed by high-profile names like CSS, LOGO, Moonlight Matters, Plastic Plates, DATABASE, and Perseus.
