The home includes seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a grand foyer, gourmet chef’s kitchen, hotel bar, and an .8-acre corner-lot estate that comes with separate guesthouse, custom-sized pool with two cabanas, built-in 20-foot bar, and an outdoor grilling kitchen.

The estate will be sold as a package and will includes the designer’s Royal Rolls Phantom 5.
