An Afternoon of Bridal Luxury
Brides and wedding planners alike flocked to the St.Regis Hotel on August 1, 2010 to attend the “Afternoon of Bridal Luxury” event. The soiree, hosted by San Francisco Brides, was an opportunity for attendees to indulge on delicacies and talk shop with bridal vendors. Brides-to-be sipped on cocktails and champagne while tasting cake lollipops by Sweet Lauren Cakes and catered appetizer by the St.Regis. Vendors included Bloomingdales, Remède Spa and Classic Party Rentals.
In addition, the guests were treated to a viewing of Vera Wang’s new collection courtesy of the Bridal Galleria. Wang’s new collection is characterized by its light hints of color and whimsical draping. Mesh necklines and bold black sash accents are gorgeous accompaniments to a handful of the gowns.
Upon leaving, attendees were given a gift bag, filled with special deals, coupons, and treats from San Francisco spas, restaurants, photographers, and hair salons. The event was both classy and entertaining. The perfect afternoon for San Francisco brides-to-be to relax and enjoy the company of fellow fiancés while finding inspiration for their big day.
