Save up more than all your tears, gypsys, tramps and thieves, singer and pop icon slash diva, Cher, has put her 25142 Pacific Coast Highway property on the block for a whopping $45 million. The Malibu mansion, which the 62-year-old Oscar winner built in 1992, is a gargantuan Renaissance-style estate on a 74,918 square foot lot. on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the 13.216 square foot villa (featured in Architectural Digest in 2002) has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a theatre, a gym, and multiples verandas for those moonstruck nights. There is also a suspended tennis court with stunning bay views, an infinity pool, and a guest house. Overall, it has been redecorated in order to infuse a lighter, more beach-resort style. What might be most intriguing is that due to new Coastal Commission restrictions, such an unbelievable property could not be built today. Quite the real estate mover and shaker, Cher has bought and sold several cribs in the in recent years. In 2006, she snagged a condo in Los Angeles, and that same year she sold a waterfront spread in Key Biscayne, Florida for $8.8 million. She’s been busy in her professional and personal life, too. Since May, she’s been turning back time in Las Vegas with a one-woman residency show at Sin City’s Caesar’s Palace. And sources say Cher is stuck on her 38 year-old daredevil/biker/mountain climber boyfriend, Tim Medvetz, and will possibly wed sometime this year. If true, the marriage will be the Mask star’s third attempt at Holy matrimony-the first in 1964 to Sonny Bono, and the second in 1975 to The Allman Brothers’ Gregg Allman. As for the estate, the listing agent is Robert Kass of Hilton & Hyland in Beverly Hills, an affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates.
