Kylie Jenner Confirms Pregnancy And Announces Birth Of Her Daughter
Move over Super Bowl Sunday—because Kylie Jenner just broke the Internet. With almost nine months of speculation about her pregnancy, the youngest of the Kardashian/Jenner sisters not only confirmed her pregnancy on her social media accounts, but also announced the birth of her daughter with boyfriend Travis Scott.
In one of her two Instagram posts, Jenner apologized to her loyal fans for “keeping [them] in the dark through all the assumptions],” but hoped they understood that her life as a pregnant woman was something she chose to keep private, rather than share it with the world. “I knew my baby would feel every stress and every emotion so I chose to do it this way for my little life and our happiness.”
She went on, explaining how pregnancy was the most “beautiful, empowering and life changing experience” for her, and shortly thereafter, posted a teaser clip of an almost 12-minute video she posted on YouTube, entitled, “To Our Daughter.” Within minutes, the emotional and candid video garnered millions of views and the Internet literally, went crazy for it. It showed intimate details that Jenner shared with her family and loved ones during her pregnancy, as well as a bonus peek at big sister Kim Kardashian West‘s newest addition, Chicago West, with husband Kanye West.
Though baby girl Jenner/Scott has yet to be named, the couple has shared that the healthy baby was born on February 1st, 2018 at 4.43pm, weighing 8lbs, 9oz. Congratulations to the couple!
