As co-founder and partner of Skinly Aesthetics, Irina Schwarzburg has spent more than a decade shaping the vision, identity, and day-to-day excellence of one of Manhattan's leading medical spas. From the first mood board to the final floor plan, she has hands-on built Skinly—designing the space, assembling the team, selecting state-of-the-art equipment, and choreographing an experience where precision medicine meets modern hospitality.

What captivates Irina most about medical aesthetics is its immediacy and impact: the right treatment can elevate confidence and quality of life in a single visit. She thrives in a field that never stands still—constantly learning, attending medical conferences, and translating innovation into safe, effective offerings for Skinly's patients. Her work is guided by a simple standard: adopt only what's clinically sound, artistically refined, and genuinely beneficial.

Irina specializes in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the eyelids and face, and in disorders of the lacrimal (tear drainage) system and the orbit. So much of reconstruction, whether for functional or aesthetic reasons, is based in achieving a surgical result that is pleasing to the eye. This relies on a deep understanding of anatomy and a love of aesthetic medicine. Helping people achieve their best self has become a passion through this work.

Her approach is direct and honest about what patients can expect from their aesthetic treatments. In general, her aesthetic is that of LESS is MORE, meaning that small tweaks over time allow for the most gracious aging.
