Gavin Tudor Elliot

Gavin Tudor Elliot is the founder and managing partner of The Elliot Legal Group, P.A., a business and real estate law firm with offices in Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, Florida. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2002, he is also licensed in Washington, D.C., and as a solicitor in England and Wales, giving him an international practice that serves expatriates and domestic and international businesses on cross-border matters. Mr. Elliot concentrates on business and commercial law, real estate transactions and litigation, foreclosure defense, and estate planning, and he has represented clients ranging from single-member LLCs to large corporations. Born in England and raised and educated in Florida, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida (1998) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law (2001). He began his career as a public defender in Orange County before shifting his focus to real estate, business, and commercial law in 2003. He is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
