Gabriel S. Saade

Gabriel S. Saade, Esq. is a partner at DarrowEverett LLP, based in the firm's Miami, Florida office, and Chair of its Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. He is also a member of the firm's Business Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Business Transactions, and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Groups. Saade advises businesses and individuals across industries including construction, hospitality, and cannabis on complex corporate matters such as technology and intellectual property agreements, financing and debt transactions, private placements of securities, joint ventures, corporate governance and formation, and contracts. His litigation practice covers business and real estate disputes, including partnership, shareholder, and joint venture matters, corporate dissolution, contract and business tort claims, fraud, and professional liability. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law (2014) and a B.S. from Duke University.
