Ezekiel Elliott, running back for the Dallas Cowboys, is the target of a lawsuit due to an attack made by one of his dogs.
According to a report from TMZ, the lawsuit in question claims that Elliott’s Rottweiler attacked an employee at a pet boarding facility in late March. The lawsuit states that the running back boarded all three of his dogs at the Bliss Pet Resort in Prosper, Texas.
Reports suggest that while under the care of Brandon Williams, Elliott’s Rottweiler attacked the employee by seizing his right arm and biting down on it and throwing him onto the ground.
According to a statement given to TMZ by attorney Frank Salzano, Elliott and his representatives are surprised at Williams’ complaint. “Bliss Pet Spa indicated at the time of the incident that this was not uncommon and was being handled under standard spa protocol,” said Salzano.
Elliott is not new to controversy concerning his dogs. His was already battling a case from March 2020 regarding an alleged attack from one of his dogs on a pool cleaner where the worker claims Elliott’s two bulldogs and Rottweiler severely mangled her arm.
