Dr. Steven Victor received his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University School of Arts and Sciences, followed by his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla. He completed his Internship in Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center, where he received the prestigious title of Intern of the Year in the Emergency Room. Dr. Victor then pursued a Residency in Dermatology at New York Medical College. He holds Board Certification in Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapy.

In addition to his thriving private practice in New York City, Dr. Victor is also actively involved in practicing Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapy at the Emirates Hospital Jumeriah in Dubai. Throughout his career, he has received numerous honors, including the Award of Excellence from the Consumers Research Council of America. Dr. Victor has established himself as a prominent figure in the field of Dermatology, pioneering cutting-edge treatments for skin rejuvenation. His innovative approaches have gained international recognition, and he has shared his expertise through lectures worldwide. Dr. Victor has also provided consultancy services for esteemed cosmetic companies, including Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salons, Lucy Peters Electrolysis, Angio Medical Corporation, and Medicis Pharmaceuticals, among others.

Dr. Victor holds the distinction of being the Inventor of the Technology utilized by New Direction Biosciences Inc. Furthermore, he has played a crucial role in establishing FDA cGTP Cellular Labs in both New York and Dubai. His expertise in Cellular Therapy (Stem Cells) has made him a renowned authority in the field, particularly in the treatment of aesthetic concerns and unmet clinical needs such as Autism, Diabetes, Orthopedic injuries, Stroke, and others.
