Everyone’s goal is to maintain youthful glowing skin. As we know, that goal is unrealistic without the help of a lot of sunscreen and sometimes a few treatments from our Haute Beauty experts. As we make our way into the treatment room and relay our goals to the experts, we almost wonder how we can look like them. Have you ever seen an expert without radiant skin? The answer is most likely no, because just like how we enjoy receiving treatments, so do they.
With curiosity, we decided to ask our Haute Beauty experts what treatments they use to accomplish their always fabulous skin. Here’s what they shared:
Dr. Kiran Gill | Body | Naples
My favorite skin spa treatment is our signature facial. The combination of dermaplaning, MicroPeel, and oxygen therapy makes a visible difference in how my skin looks and feels. Just like everyone else, my skin can look tired and dull and needs professional-grade exfoliation every couple of months to bring it back to life. That’s where dermaplaning and MicroPeel come in. Both exfoliating treatments work together to remove the topmost layer of skin cells (and peach fuzz!), revealing fresh skin primed for the delivery of pure oxygen and antioxidants. Oxygen therapy helps to foster new cell growth. Altogether, these brighten me up with absolutely no downtime. Because work, family, and all of life’s demands take a toll on the inside as well as the outside, taking the time for myself also helps to make me feel as mentally rejuvenated as my skin looks.

My personal favorite treatment is chemical peels. They are easy to apply and address so many skin issues such as enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, sun spots, melasma, scars, fine lines, and acne. There aren’t many medical spa treatments that can compete with the results and price point of a good peel. They complement many of the laser treatments we offer as well. I usually try to do three annually.

I don’t want to lose ground on the benefits of the treatment I worked on all winter but it’s important to note that the treatments that employ light and energy are risky if you don’t stay out of the summer sun or heat. As a person who knows it’s not always easy to avoid the UV rays, I’ve decided to switch gears and continue the effort of maintaining the most beautiful skin possible.
My newest package rolling out is a series of three of my personal favorite year-round treatments that will still allow for an enjoyable summer. The package of three includes a Hydrafacial, microneedling (with or without a chemical peel), and dermaplaning topped off with a jelly mask.
Hydrafacial: Is a game-changer. It is a four-step professional service provided by my trained aestheticians. It includes cleansing, exfoliating, extracting, and hydrating the skin with serums that are infused into pores and tailored to the skincare goals of each client. And best of all it is very relaxing and is generally done in 30 – 45 minutes. Compiling the service with an LED light treatment enhances the anti-acne or anti-aging benefit.
Microneedling: This treatment takes my skincare regimen to new depths resulting in youthful, glowing skin. We recently got ahold of a newer device, Exceed. It has a tip with many very small needles that oscillate up and down causing microscopic injuries to the skin. This stimulates the production of collagen, which results in skin tightening (reducing fine lines/wrinkles) and brightening the skin. It can also be followed by a chemical peel to enhance the exfoliative benefits.
Dermaplaning: This is an amazing chemical-free exfoliation of the skin, and for me, it’s a simple way to top off all the other services listed above. For clients with facial fuzz, this removes that as well and when cosmetics are applied, it looks so much more beautiful. This service is also great for enhancing acne and anti-aging treatments.
