There’s a graceful yet exotic aura that Priyanka Chopra exudes. Could it be that she’s an acclaimed Hollywood actress, a compelling global activist for female education, or the winner of the Miss World 2000 pageant? Perhaps. Whatever the case, this 38-year-old Indian beauty remains a dazzling star in our books, and we’re certainly hungry for more. Read on to learn about her mornings, nights, and extra lifestyle bits she recently shared with British Vogue.
Before enjoying her morning expresso, Chopra starts her day by drinking water from a copper glass, which she placed near her bed the night before. “The good qualities of copper seep into the water – it’s good for the immune system, bones, and nerves,” she told British Vogue. To generate endorphins, the actress usually skips out on a fitness class in preference of another form of exercise: swimming. “I do 15 to 20 laps,” she said. “It boosts my mood and I feel super energetic and ready to go.”
A fan of wellness rituals, Chopra likes to eat right and treat her body like a friend. Interestingly, she also engages in meditation while locked into her work. “It feels like a meditative thing to me when I’m on set and thinking about building the character,” she said. “Whenever I’m being creative, I feel meditative.” Of course, the actress spilled the best beauty tip that she received from her mother: “Confidence is your ultimate form of beauty. You can have the most glamorous clothes, hair, or make-up but if you aren’t confident in it you won’t radiate that energy.” No wonder Chopra emanates such a natural glow!

Speaking of beauty, Chopra didn’t hold back on her routines and products one bit.
Starting with her evening look, she likes to don great lashes with the help of Max Factor’s Divine Lashes Mascara. An on-the-go woman, indeed, Chopra opts for Max Factor’s Facefinitiy All Day Flawless Foundation because it’s a 3-in-1 primer, concealer, and liquid foundation. “There’s only so much time to touch up throughout the day, and with this product, you don’t have to. Plus, it’s light,” she said.
Mind you, she doesn’t go big with makeup, as that’s her biggest beauty regret. “Well there was a time in my life when I thought more was more – and that’s a regret! You know, a lip, eyeshadow, mascara, blush – all the things! – big hair, big clothes,” Chopra said. Another regret of hers involved falling victim to the 2000s trend of skinny eyebrows. “Now, I love that I’ve grown my eyebrows enough – they are thick and bushy and I like to have them specifically shaped,” she said. “They are so important to frame the face.”
How does she maintain great skin? With great skincare, of course! “If you have good skin – a good base – you can wear as much or as little make-up as you want,” Chopra said. “Your skin is the foundation to being able to express yourself through make-up.” For that reason, she thoroughly clears all makeup from her face at the end of the day and swears by Shiseido’s Instant Eye and Lip Makeup Remover.
Transitioning into evening skincare, Chopra currently uses a gentle cleanser (Augustinus Bader face wash) and follows with a 111Skin serum, an eye cream, and the Augustinus Bader Rich Cream. After a spritz of perfume, she closes her eyes and sleeps for at least 7-8 hours.
