Don’t have time for intensive skin care? You can still indulge yourself by following the basics: stay hydrated, moisturized, and of course, shield your skin with sunscreen (FPS 30 or above and broad-spectrum UVA/UVB protection).
Regularly applying sunscreen is the closest we can get to take a dip in the fountain of youth. Also, avoid hanging around outdoors in direct sunlight for too long, especially between 10 am and 4 pm. To achieve that golden glow you’ve always wanted, apply self-tanner rather than subjecting your skin to harsh sunlight. Every time you tan, you prematurely age your skin.

If you repeatedly contract the same muscles over many years, these lines become permanent. Staying on the lookout for behaviors that cause lines can make a huge difference in long-term skin health.
Last but not least, treat your skin with care. Limit your baths to less than 5 minutes and use lukewarm water because hot water and long baths can remove the oils your skin needs for elasticity and leaches moisture away. Crazy right? I know this one can be a little tough for those who love a long soak, but you are trading a few extra minutes in the tub for years of healthy skin.
When taking steps to improve your overall wellness, it’s important to remember that beauty is not just external but also internal. To support your inner beauty, we offer treatments that provide a total relaxation experience.
