HB: How can you use fillers for total face and jawline rejuvenation?

I absolutely love using filler to recreate volume and lift and to rejuvenate the face and jawline in a very subtle, natural yet effective way. There are many types of filler that can be used to add contour and improve the appearance of the skin. It can take 10 years or more off when done with a light hand!

First, we start with a 3D assessment of the patient and make sure they’re a good candidate for filler treatment. We determine where volume, lift and contouring would be beneficial and come up with a comprehensive plan always keeping in mind the goals of the patient. After we all agree upon the treatment, we use topical numbing cream to make sure the patient is comfortable before we start any treatment. Then, we proceed with administering the filler in the targeted areas.

HB: How do you work with patients to achieve the desired outcome?

We meet and discuss their goals, their timelines and truly listen to understand what is important to them. It’s a highly critical part of working together to achieve their goals. We also understand that health and aesthetics are ever-evolving and so are our patients and we grow together as we both continue to learn what is the absolute best for each individual patient.

HB: Does this require more than one treatment?

Yes, when we meet with patients we work to develop a close relationship so we can better understand what patients want. We get a routine and treatment plan in place and we reassess this plan every few months as their goals change to make sure we are accommodating for this and to plan for events like weddings and anniversaries.

HB: Are results permanent?

Nothing is permanent but we can do so many wonderful, helpful things to help improve their appearance and make them feel like their best self. We work hand in hand to maintain those results now and continually over time.
