Bringing a close to months of anticipation, Pretty Girl Makeup released its “Everlasting Eyeshadow” collection.

While the eyeshadow line is a first for the almost 20-year old, natural cosmetics company, it heeds today’s trend of multifunctional makeup. The eight eyeshadows that coalesce around a subdued, natural aesthetic can easily double as eyeliners or brow fills.

“The eyes are the window to the soul so it was important to me to create eyeshadows that would emphasize and enhance the natural beauty of the eyes” said Christina Flach, Founder and CEO of Pretty Girl Makeup, in a press statement. “The collection is designed with luscious colors for a magnitude of combinations that can take you from a day to night look or a mom to red carpet look depending on what you need.”

The eight shades range from intense midnight black to chestnut matte to creamy beige to velvet shimmer that can create both sultry smoky looks and cheeky glistening effects.

“I handpicked each color and name like I do with all collections because I want each product to feel special for Pretty Girl clients,” said Flach, who is a known celebrity makeup artist.

Pretty Girl Makeup’s inaugural eyeshadow collections comes on the heels of a February launch of the label’s latest lipstick line. As the brand follows its expansion strategy, Flach said a blush and shimmer are to hit the shelves this summer. They will add to Pretty Girl Makeup’s range of products that blend minerals, essential oils and vitamins.
