Adding a culinary highlight to the week, Pasta hosted a private welcome dinner for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models at the W Hotel South Beach on Friday, May 31. The event provided a tantalizing preview of Pasta, a modern Italian-inspired restaurant making its U.S. debut in Wynwood this summer.

Co-founded by Juan Manuel Umbert and Janice Buraschi in 2019 in Lima, Peru, Pasta features an open-kitchen concept offering traditional Italian dishes with a creative twist. The menu for the evening included standout dishes like Pici Cacio e Pepe, Agnolotti di Funghi, Razor Clams with house-made ‘nduja, and house-made Stracciatella.

Stay tuned for the grand opening of Pasta Wynwood this summer, promising a delectable addition to Miami’s vibrant culinary scene.
