Was there a personal and/or professional experience that inspired you to join Pure Plastic Surgery?
I had the opportunity to get to know Dr. Earle during my general surgery training at Cleveland Clinic Florida while he was one of the staff plastic surgeons there. When he left to go into private practice, I continued to follow his journey on social media while I completed my training. I was always impressed with what he was building at Pure, a safety-focused patient-first philosophy, that resonated with me. So, when we reconnected at one of the plastic surgery meetings and he reached out a few weeks later to discuss a position at Pure, I jumped on the opportunity and the rest is history.
What was your mission at the start of joining PURE? Has it changed?
My mission when joining a practice was to find one that aligned with my values as a surgeon; to deliver exceptional care to patients while never compromising on safety. PURE has perfectly met those objectives and the mission remains steadfast.
If you had to pick three words to describe the vibe of your practice, what would they be and why?
The essence of the practice can be distilled into three words: dedication, safety, and family. Dedication to delivering the best results for our patients as safely as possible. Those objectives are best met when you treat both patients and colleagues like family.
What are the most popular services requested?
The most commonly requested services typically include liposculpture with fat grafting and various breast surgeries.
What is the future of your field?
Natural results! Plastic surgery trends tend to ebb and flow, and we are coming out of an era of pretty exaggerated proportions. I am thankful to see that society is backing away from this and once again embracing more natural proportions. I believe trying to achieve natural results while carefully enhancing curves is going to stand the test of time much better.
What are you best known for?
My focus is mostly on cosmetic surgery of the breast and body for both men and women. I am probably best known for offering drain-less tummy tucks because it is not offered by many surgeons in South Florida.
What is unique about your practice?
I would say it is probably our unparalleled communication with patients and focus on safety. I am often shocked to hear about some patients’ experiences of not being able to communicate with their surgeon after undergoing surgery. At PURE we are dedicated to making sure you are taken care of from initial consultation throughout the recovery period.
Are there any new services you are excited to offer?
Yes, we have a few new services that I am excited about. The first is for the treatment of cellulite. Cellulite has always been a challenging problem to treat with mixed results. Now we offer Aveli which is an excellent minimally invasive surgical treatment that really improves the condition. Aveli can be done under local anesthesia by itself or combined with other procedures while you are under general anesthesia. Second is Vaser, this is a technology that uses ultrasound to assist with liposuction. This helps minimize blood loss and bruising. Vaser also helps with skin tightening and HD liposuction.
What is one underrated service that doesn’t receive as much press as it should be?
Plastic surgery for men! Men account for 50% of our population but only a small percentage of plastic surgery patients. We have trouble areas and insecurities just like women but rarely seek the services of a plastic surgeon. We have many treatments to offer men to help them regain their confidence. These range from noninvasive to surgical.
