Every bride wants to look flawless and photo-ready on her wedding day, and many opt for aesthetic procedures to achieve their desired look. At Haute Beauty expert S. Alexander Earle’s Pure Plastic Surgery, we understand the importance of catering to the specific needs of brides and offer popular bridal packages tailored to their unique timelines and goals. Our focus is on enhancing skin elasticity, tone, and texture, ensuring that brides feel their absolute best on their big day.

One common question that arises is when brides should start considering aesthetic procedures before their wedding. The answer to this depends on individual factors such as skin condition and goals. The general rule of thumb is to initiate aesthetic treatments as soon as wedding plans begin. For instance, incorporating monthly facials into a beauty regimen over the course of a year or six months can yield remarkable improvements in the skin’s appearance.

We definitely caution our brides to be conservative on all procedures and treatments prior to their wedding because we want them to avoid changing so much that they are unrecognizable or become unhappy with the results. These procedures provide effective results without the need for extensive downtime or recovery periods. Whether it’s our gentle lip filler for hydrated fuller lips and cheek filler with Juvaderm Voluma or Radiesse Lyft to perk up their overall smile, we recommend the following sequence of treatments:

One Year Before The Wedding

If a bride is able to begin aesthetic procedures one year prior to the wedding, we may suggest starting with monthly facials. Depending on the state of the skin, we will determine a plan to help achieve the youthful, dewy skin that glows. Having a full year gives us the opportunity to address multiple issues and take a conservative approach to improving the skin.

Four Months Prior to The Vows

Starting four months before the wedding date, many brides may begin Morpheus8 micro-needling with Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections. Morpheus8 is an advanced microneedling treatment – the first and only full-body subdermal fractional technology that tightens soft tissue commonly found on the face (jawline and under eyes), neck, chin, legs, and abdomen. It may also reduce wrinkles and acne scars.  It can be done in the clinic under local anesthesia with very little to no downtime. PRP injections are derived from the patient’s blood, which gives a naturally youthful look to the skin with minimal risks for downtime, allergic reactions, or sensitivity.  We typically suggest three treatments per month with the final treatment five weeks before the wedding.

For those with age spots and sunspots, intense pulsed light therapy (IPL) facials starting four months prior to the nuptials may be the best option. This intense pulse light therapy treats skin pigmentation issues and the appearance of blood vessels in the face giving a clear and refreshed appearance.

One Month Prior to The Vows

One month before walking down the aisle, we recommend Botox and fillers to achieve a lifted refreshed look with very little downtime. Having the treatment done 30 days before the wedding allows the product to set and to undergo touchups if necessary.

One Week To Go

One week before the wedding bells ring, dermaplaning, and an anti-aging facial can help get your skin dewy and glowing for wedding photos as it helps smooth makeup application.

We provide post-care instructions for all treatments, which can vary depending on the chosen course. One constant is to avoid sun exposure without sunscreen at all times. Of course, we caution our brides to avoid any new procedures other than a gentle facial and dermaplaning two weeks prior to their special day.

Are there any financing options available for brides who may have budget constraints?

Yes, there are financial options available for brides who want aesthetic procedures for their wedding. CareCredit is the most popular, and we also have Alphaeon. Outside of financing, there are rewards programs, such as Allē, that launch specials that allow you to redeem points, which can become discounts to help offset the costs.

At Pure Plastic Surgery, we are dedicated to helping brides achieve their desired aesthetic goals and radiate confidence on their special day. Our team of experienced professionals are committed to delivering exceptional results while prioritizing the bride’s comfort and satisfaction. Trust us to enhance your natural beauty and make you look stunningly photo-ready on your wedding day.
