What is your greatest achievement?

One of my significant achievements is being the founder and chairman of New Direction Biosciences, Inc., a leading company in the field of regenerative medicine and stem cell therapy. Through my efforts, I have developed a patent-pending technology that enables the isolation of reparative, stromal vascular fraction (SVF) cells from adipose (fat) tissue. This breakthrough innovation has paved the way for advancements in regenerative medicine.

ReGen Medical, Management LLC, which includes Victor Dermatology and Rejuvenation, has embraced this promising regenerative medicine approach. By harnessing the power of SVF cells, we are able to provide comprehensive de-aging benefits to our patients. This includes diminishing lines and wrinkles, firming and evening the skin’s tone and texture, and improving the overall integrity of the skin. Our approach relies on utilizing the patient’s own regenerative cells and growth factors, making it a safe and effective treatment option.

I am also proud of the opening of being the first physician licensed in Dubai for Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cell Therapy. This state-of-the-art facility serves as a hub for cutting-edge regenerative medicine treatments. With our advanced technologies and expertise, we aim to provide patients with innovative solutions for various health concerns.

What is the future of your field?

The future of regenerative medicine, longevity, wellness, stem cell therapy, and digital monitoring platforms holds immense promise for advancing healthcare and improving the quality of life for individuals worldwide. These new fields of medicine will reduce the rate of heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, and cancer and help patients look younger and better than ever.

What are your most requested procedures?

Nonsurgical Face Rejuvenation: The cellular facelift is the latest advancement in rejuvenating your face and providing a more youthful appearance. It can offer many of the benefits of a traditional facelift without having to undergo a surgical procedure and its recovery. Cellular facelifts can restore lost volume, diminish lines and wrinkles, redefine the jawline and cheekbones, and lift sagging brows. It will even improve the texture of your skin.

I’ve been performing cellular facelifts since before the phrase was coined and is an expert injector and a true artist when it comes to perfecting and enhancing my patient’s faces. I use my own customized technique so that each patient’s results are completely personalized to suit their particular needs and desires.

Stem Cell Therapy: Stem cell therapy has the potential to revolutionize the treatment of degenerative diseases, tissue damage, and chronic conditions. Also combined with fresh fat from the patient the results are specular for achieving a youthful look with major surgery. Ongoing research focuses on enhancing the efficacy and safety of stem cell therapies, exploring new sources of stem cells, and developing novel delivery methods.

What surgical advancements are you most excited about?

Fat transfer, also known as fat grafting, is a minimally invasive surgical procedure that offers multiple benefits. This is augmented by the patient’s own stem cells (SVFCs) to achieve spectacular results that are long-lasting. It involves the restoration of lost volume in the face and hands while simultaneously sculpting the facial structure to enhance features like cheekbones, jawlines, and chins that may have experienced volume loss over time. The texture of the overall skin is also improved.

During the procedure, the patient’s own fat is harvested from areas such as the abdomen or thighs. This fat is then purified to isolate the fat cells, which are subsequently grafted into targeted areas. The fat is augmented by injections into the fat and the skin of the stem cells. The skilled surgeon artfully places the purified fat in the hollows of the cheeks and/or temples, as well as in areas with lines, wrinkles, or acne scars. This strategic placement helps create a smoother and more youthful surface.

What is your most memorable patient reaction?

Each patient’s reaction is indeed unique and personal, and their stories of life-changing experiences can be incredibly memorable. What I love most about my profession is working with people and witnessing the positive impact that regenerative medicine and cosmetic procedures can have on their lives.
