Haute Living certainly knows how to put on a memorable event, and the dinner at Zeru in Brickell, Miami was no exception. The intimate gathering of Haute Leaders was treated to a culinary journey through the authentic Spanish flavors that Zeru is known for.
The pintxos, or small appetizers, were the perfect way to start the meal. Each bite was packed with flavor, and it was clear that the chefs had put a lot of thought and care into the menu. The variety of appetizers that followed was equally impressive, showcasing a range of textures and flavors.
The highlight of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the entrées. The Branzino Getaria Style with Piquillo Peppers was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the Mellow Rice with Roasted Vegetables and Wild Mushrooms was a standout dish. The Ribeye Socarrat was cooked to perfection and paired perfectly with the sides.
Finally, the desserts were a sweet end to a wonderful meal. The Mini Pistachio Roll and Fennel Ice Cream were a unique and delightful combination, while the Catalana Cream with Roasted Figs was a classic Spanish dessert that was executed perfectly.
But it wasn’t just the food that made the evening special. The Senior Vice President of Haute Living taking the stage to express gratitude towards every partner and team member was a heartwarming moment that truly showcased the sense of community that Haute Living fosters. Overall, it was a night filled with good food, great company, and unforgettable experiences that will surely be remembered by all who attended.
