Follow Chrishell Stause’s Minimal Approach To Skincare

Celebrity, News February 5, 2022 By Isabella Harrison

Reality star Chrishell Stause quickly became a fan-favorite on Netflix’s “Selling Sunset” for her lovable personality and humble upbringing. Aside from selling stunning luxury homes in sunny Los Angeles, the star is known for her glowing complexion. So, we have rounded up Chrishell’s best tips and favorite products for you to replicate her skincare routine.

Many of the real estate agent’s product choices seem to be influenced by her sister who happens to be an aesthetician and spa owner. One brand that seems to play a key role in her routine is Dermalogica.

Acts of self-care

Given her busy schedule, Chrishell makes the most of her downtime through little acts of self-care to help her and her skin recharge. Stause tells Nylon, “Is it a book and facial steamer kind of night or a Netflix and Postmates night. I really love being at home by myself, and I’ll write, read, or watch TV, and order Postmates. Sometimes I would take a bath, put a mask on my hair and let it sit. I love doing stuff like that.” Aside from her love of facial steamers, she also enjoys a good sheet mask that makes it easy to take care of her skin on the go. She recommends the DOGINBI Red Ginseng sheet masks, perfect for protecting sensitive skin from environmental damage.

Her essential products

In addition to her tips on steaming and using sheet masks, Chrishell shares her must-have products for her daily skincare regimen which focuses on hydration and anti-aging. Chrishell seems to stick to the basics when it comes to her daily routine, using only four products regularly. She starts with the Dermalogica Multi-Active toner which helps prep the skin for further hydration.

Then she moves on to the brand’s Retinol Clearing Oil, Phyto-nature Firming Serum, and the Super Rich Repair cream, which is part of Dermalogica’s “age smart” line. Another product she uses to help with exfoliation, also from Dermalogica, is the Skin Resurfacing Lactic Acid Cleanser. Stause claims that the cleanser has helped clear up some small bumps on her skin.

Despite the star’s stunning glam showcased throughout the Netflix series, she seems to take a more laid-back approach to glam in her daily life. Stause tells Nylon “I was doing lashes and glam constantly, and I will say that getting ready now, I do it a little differently. I’ve gotten used to the look of my eyes without eyeliner.” This natural look seems like it will gain popularity this year and we can’t wait to see more of Chrishell’s looks in the upcoming season of “Selling Sunset!”
