Dr. Daisy Ayim | body expert | Houston, TX
My best advice to attain your health goals in 2021 begins with a positive mindset. You have to be your personal cheerleader during your journey and feed your mind with positive affirmations. Next, be honest with your starting point and give yourself reasonable benchmarks. The key to healthy living is a good nutrition balance with consistent exercise. I think using online platforms to find your tribe is a great cost-effective option and just remember to have fun wherever you are this new year.

Dr. Kiran Gill | body expert | Naples, FL
Health goals should always be sustainable. I find both with my patients and myself that crash dieting and unreasonable work out regimens tend to produce short term results that don’t last. Achieving “health” is a shift in lifestyle and mindset. It encompasses being cognizant of what we eat, being active on a daily basis, as well as taking time to get enough sleep. It is a shift in mentality. Once this occurs, health is attainable and sustainable.
Dr. Kiran Gill is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with specialty fellowship training in aesthetic surgery of the face, breast and body. In 2018, she founded Aesthetics in Plastic Surgery by Kiran Gill, MD – the only female-owned premier boutique plastic surgery and aesthetic practice in Southwest Florida. Dr. Gill is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. She is passionately involved with the Physician Led Access Network (PLAN) in Collier County providing breast reconstruction for uninsured and underinsured women.

Dr. Richard Zienowicz | body expert | Boston/Providence
Get involved in 3-4 time per week high-intensity workouts that get the heart rate up to 90 percent for at least 20 minutes. Combine that with a high protein Mediterranean style diet.
Dr. Zienowicz has trained at some of the finest medical institutions in the world, including the Cleveland Clinic, Harvard University at Massachusetts General Hospital, and his alma mater, Warren Alpert Brown School of Medicine at Brown University. Dr. Zienowicz is dually board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Hand Surgery. This certification is essential as it ensures that your surgeon’s knowledge of performing invasive plastic and reconstructive surgical techniques has been rigorously tested in both written and oral examinations by the most highly-qualified surgeons in the United States. More than dually-certified, Dr. Zienowicz is also a respected Board Examiner and among only a few hundred surgeons engaged in the testing programs for other plastic surgeons across the industry.
