Dr. Amanda Doyle of Russak Dermatology Clinic is highly personalized and is very approachable. She is able to provide a seamless, luxurious experience while making the patient feel comfortable. Dr. Amanda Doyle wants her patients to feel like they’re talking to an old friend that they can trust implicitly.
What Dr. Amanda Doyle loves most about her profession is that she can empower patients by continuing to help them feel like themselves. Knowing that she can make someone look and feel like their best self is really rewarding. She is excited to offer combination therapies. Most patients like to do more than one procedure on the same visit (sometimes multiple) so it’s nice to be able to provide that level of care for them. She strives to achieve the most meaningful results for fewer visits!

Skincare is an important part of improving skin texture and doing this consistently at home helps to ensure the best results. We also offer skin tightening devices, laser treatments and fillers to give the skin a smoother, more even appearance and feel.
HB: How do those treatments work?
Skincare works by exfoliating the skin to make sure that the old skin is shed so that the fresh, underlying skin can be seen. We love glycolic acid, retinoids, and retinol-based products, which also increase collagen production. Hyaluronic acid, which helps to keep the skin hydrated and plump, is another favorite.
If the skin is thin and crepey, Ultherapy, an FDA approved skin tightening device is paired with Radiesse injections, both of which are known to stimulate collagen production. This helps to strengthen the skin and leave it even and smooth.
If the skin has a lot of rough spots or sun-related changes, laser treatments like erbium or chemical peels can be used to even out the tone and texture of the skin.
HB: What are the common issues that relate to poor skin texture?
Poor skin texture is often related to irritation or dryness, so finding the right products is important for your skin type. It’s also related to natural age-related changes and sun damage that accumulates over time, which can leave the skin wrinkled, rough and uneven.
HB: How much do treatments cost?
It depends on what type of treatment(s) are needed to achieve your goals. It’s very tailored depending on what your timeline and baseline are.
Laser treatments typically start around $500 per treatment upwards, fillers around $1200 or more and Ultherapy can range depending on the treatment area from $700 or more per treatment.

HB: What is the recovery like?
Aftercare is specific for each type of treatment, but most of the treatments we offer are pretty low-downtime. We give all patients post-care instructions so they know exactly what to do to avoid post-treatment issues and to ensure the best results. It typically involves minimal but impactful skin care and sun avoidance post-treatment.
