HB: Tell us about your facelift procedure.

If a patient is bothered by the signs of aging in their face, usually involving the appearance of jowls and loose sagging skin around the jawline and neck, then they are a good candidate for a facelift. I love to perform lower face and neck lifts to give people their youthful appearance back.

HB: Who is a good candidate?

A good candidate for a facelift is an otherwise healthy male or female that wishes to improve the appearance of their mid and lower face to include a more defined jawline and neck.

HB: What makes your facelift procedure stand out?

My facelifts stand out as compared to others because I am able to achieve a very natural look while restoring their previous youthful appearance.  My patients never look like they have that “plastic surgery” or “facelift” look, yet they on average look about ten to fifteen years younger once they have recovered.

HB: What is recovery like?

Recovery for a lower face and neck lift is two weeks.  I prefer my patients to take it easy for two weeks, which includes not exerting themselves or exercising.  After two weeks they can resume low impact exercise and return to work.

HB: What is the cost?

The cost varies depending on how involved their surgery is and how much skin removal and muscle tightening I must perform.  At the consultation, I evaluate the patient in detail and a quote is given at that visit.
