How is PRP extracted and what is the process of preparing and applying PRP injections?
The process is rather simple. Your medical professional will extract a sample of blood, the quantity does vary depending on the locations being treated. The extracted blood is placed into a centrifuge, which separates the blood components. The separated plasma is what is prepared and used for the PRP injections.

Most people are able to resume their daily activities immediately after their procedure. Depending on the area being injected, it may be recommended that your rest the area at least for 24 hours.
How many procedures should patients undergo before they see results? How long do results last?
Most patients begin to see results after the second treatment. Depending on the area being treated, we typically recommend that patients undergo 2 - 6 treatments administered one month apart.
