The Unique Way
One of our signature techniques at our med spa is the lip filler method, which creates a natural and stunning appearance for lips of all sizes. By using the oral mucosa to create lips, we are able to avoid touching the lip contour, thereby preventing the common issue of the "hyaluronic mustache." The results are truly remarkable, with lips looking natural regardless of their size. Additionally, the lip filler does not move over the years, and even big and plump lips maintain a natural look.
To provide beautiful and natural results, we are always learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements and innovative techniques in the field. Below is a video explaining our technique!

The Injection Process
To achieve and maintain the best results we recommend that all of our clients follow the below protocol when receiving lip fillers.
One Week Prior to Injections:
- Avoid blood thinning over-the-counter medications such as aspirin, Motrin, ibuprofen, and Aleve.
- Avoid supplements, including St. John’s Wort, Gingko Biloba, primrose oil, garlic, ginseng, and Vitamin E.
Two Days Prior to Injections:
- Avoid topical products such as Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinol, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, or any “anti-aging” products.
- Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated.

24 Hours Prior to Injections:
- Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours prior.
- Do start taking Arnica two days prior to the procedure (This is not required, but it will help to lessen bruising).
Post Filler Injections (Next two days):
- Apply a topical antibacterial cream, Arnica gel.
- Take acetaminophen to reduce pain if necessary.
- Avoid itching, massaging, and applying makeup.
- Until the swelling and redness have resolved, avoid intense heat in the treated area(s): sunbathing, tanning, saunas, hot tubs, or hot wax. To help alleviate swelling, we recommend an antihistamine during the day, such as Zyrtec or Claritin, and Benadryl at night.
