As you run from event to art show and back to your favorite restaurant for a mid-day meal, it can’t hurt to dedicate time for your mind, body and wellness. Art Basel Miami is known to be one of the most intense weeks here in the 305, which is why we at Haute Beauty decided to use our experts and wellness powers to our advantage, hosting the first-ever Haute Beauty Wellness Day at the beautiful Showfields Miami space.

To begin the Wellness Day, attendees went straight to their Atman Spirit mats to take a 30-minute class by the beautiful Alexis Gulliver, Certified Yoga Instructor and developer of the ALIVE method. While taking big inhales and big exhales, flowing into possession, and being surrounded by gratitude, our Haute Beauty expert and celebrity esthetician Lana Mar of Face Fit Bar was upstairs working on her facial fitness, literally.

Face Fit Bar is a unique concept that gives you a natural facelift without the fillers or surgery. Lana and her team of estheticians, provided each guest with 20-minute facial fitness sessions, adding to the already zen of the day.
As the line of people grew and wellness day attendees awaited their turn to glow, guests socialized amongst themselves and enjoyed each of the other offerings available to them.

On tap, in the drink department, were Odyssey Elixir’s flavorful energy + focus drinks, Wöffer Estates' “Summer In A Bottle,” wine and non-alcoholic beverage, Dr. Smood’s refreshing Cold Press Juices, OTO CBD infused mocktails, and MARGS sparkling margaritas infused with real tequila and all-natural ingredients.

While beverages were enjoyed, Gussi Hair’s NEW Main Squeeze flatiron was also being put to use. Whether you were looking to straighten your hair, curl it or give it a beachy look, the on-site hairstylist was ready to give you the glam deserved.

As waves of people came and went, they were gifted goodie backs of a wellness guru’s dream.
