Of course, the 50-year-old actress no longer competes with 40 cadets in basic training, but she still maintains her taut figure through a fitness routine that she regularly shares with fans. Even after a four-year gym hiatus, the mother of three was able to revamp her workouts to get moving again. Something that helped Moore break a sweat? Popularized by a slew of celebrities (such as Jennifer Aniston, Resse Witherspoon, and Gwyneth Paltrow), the elegant fitness device optimizes custom workouts based on members’ goals and lets users connect with friends online for a workout date. 

According to Women’s Health, Moore also seems to be a big fan of dance cardio. Accessing various classes from The Mirror, the actress previously said she doesn’t think of dancing as exercise, even though it certainly makes for a calorie-burning cardio session. In fact, that seems to be Moore’s ultimate fitness tip: finding ways to stay active that don’t feel like work because you enjoy it so much. We knew those “Striptease” days of hers weren’t for nothing!
