Given all the recent hype surrounding the movie adaption of the Broadway musical In the Heights, you’re most likely familiar with the film’s lead actor Anthony Ramos. Perhaps you’ve already observed his talented performances in the mega-musical Hamilton or award-winning movie A Star is Born, but did you know this 29-year-old actor is also ripped?

However, this wasn’t the case for Ramos last year during lockdown when he couldn’t work on-set or in the studio. “I was just looking at myself in the mirror-like, dang, bro, you're looking scrawny,” he told Men’s Health. “I was like, I should probably get back at it, it's been years.” To get back in shape, Ramos enlisted trainer Corey Harbison, and the two worked together virtually throughout the pandemic. Undoubtedly, this partnership paid off for the actor.
