Festival season is around the corner and Lizzo is already getting prepared. The singer, who is set to headline at Bonnaroo and Outside Lands this year, has given her fans a peek at how she is preparing via Instagram.
Lizzo posted a video on her Instagram story of her trying out a new treatment as part of her strength-focused workout plan in preparation for her upcoming performances. In the video, she is lying down with a device wrapped around her waist that appears to target her core.
In the caption, she tagged EllEve Medical Spa in Los Angeles, writing “@ellevemedspa pre-workout ab flex gotta get strong for festival season!”
