The model admitted to having moments of despair from the sight of stretch marks, loose skin, or dark circles from sleep deprivation but she also revealed that these changes within her body have completely changed the way she views beauty. To her, these slight imperfections serve as a reminder of the creation of her son, adding strength to her definition of beauty. Although Elizabeth still maintains her passion for fitness and healthy eating, her definition of a perfect body has altered.

“Beauty is strength and capability and it’s love, the love that I feel for my body before and after,” Elizabeth shares with Vogue. “Beauty comes in all different sizes and shapes, and my marks and little imperfections are actually perfect because it reminds me that for nine months, I grew a little person.”

To maintain the hydration in her skin, Elizabeth consistently used Advanced Night Repair from Estee Lauder and Bio-Oil Skincare Oil. Both products were applied liberally to her stomach to soothe dry patches on her body.

Pregnancy has allows Grace Elizabeth to embrace imperfection and expand her definition of what it means to be beautiful.
