It is all cosmetic. In reality, I think about functional issues as much as the cosmetic aspects of what I do all the time, because it’s the face!

Lip Surgery, including Augmentation and Reduction. I invented the Elelyft Lip Lift and Philtrum Contouring Surgery. Rhinoplasty for breathing as well as cosmetic improvement. Hair transplantation for hairline, eyebrows, and beard.

What is your most memorable patient reaction?
Seeing one of my VA veteran patients one week after his nose surgery and getting a big hug from this very stoic soldier once he realized he could breathe again and that his nose was no longer crooked.
