Gold-infused skincare label Gavée Gold is to expand its presence in the Middle East with the help of Dubai-based distribution company Boost Global.
The two entities announced a two-year distribution agreement that would see Gavée Gold enter the high-end spas, pharmacies, clinics, department stores and boutiques that form the network of Boost Global, which now represents 10 brands.
Gavée Gold boasts toxin-free formulas that include extracted and purified 24-karat liquid gold and mineral cell salts that allow the skin to absorb the benefits of the precious metal but prevent harmful particles to trickle into the pores. With these faculties, Gavée Gold describes itself as “one of the only organic, high-performing lines that boasts the sense of opulence and is therefore positioned to successfully compete with other high-end products to which the MENA [Middle East and North Africa] beauty market is accustomed.”
Said Ayham Taki, Boost Global’s MENA sales manager, “Boost Global was pleased to recently introduce the Gavée Gold brand to the public and our high-end spa partners at this year’s Beautyworld Middle East event held in Dubai. Their incredibly unique 24-karat gold skincare line is truly cutting edge compared to any others we have seen in the market today. We look forward to bringing it to our clientele.”
Heeding the European Union’s strict rules on certified organic ingredients, food-grade essential oils and cruelty-free techniques, Gavée Gold was founded in 2012 by Las Vegas medical aesthetician Tiffany Andersen. After surviving a car accident and stage IV non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which left her almost paralyzed, Andersen, whom Forbes recently featured, sought to develop her label as a safe skincare line.
