World Premiere of ATC’s Ten Chimneys Brings Romance, Comedy and Yes, Drama

The Arizona Theatre Company's most recent production, "Ten Chimneys," centers on the country's most famous and highest-paid stage actors of the 1920s and '30s and makes its world debut this Saturday, Feb. 19.

Haute Dining: NoHo Flashes Back to the 1920s: The Federal Bar Is Now Officially Open
Cue The Federal Bar, LA’s newest gastropub bringing us back to the times of the Prohibition era and speakeasy style. Originally a 1926 bank, the space was later turned into a club called Bank Heist, which was destroyed in 2008 by a fire. Today, it’s the brainchild of Knitting Factory Entertainment CEO, Morgan Margolis. “This project is very personal to me and has been on my mind for over 20 years,” said Margolis. “The building has an amazing historic significance, but we want the atmosphere comfortable enough, so you’ll kick back, have a pint, a great meal and watch a tremendous show or a ball game.”

Abramovich is no Longer the Richest Man in Russia
In the annual wealth rating, compiled by Finance magazine, was revealed that Chelsea FC owner Roman Abramovich is no longer in the top-three of Russia's richest people.
But Moscow remains awashed with money. According to an annual ranking of the country’s richest 500, the wealth levels of Russia's richest are slowly returning to their pre-crisis level. Russia boasted 114 dollar billionaires at the end of last year, compared to 101 in the pre-crisis year of 2007.

Saturday night brought out the celebrity faces at the Palms. Green Bay Packers quarterback and Super Bowl 2011 MVP Aaron Rodgers dined at N9NE Steakhouse with a party of eight, which included teammate Matthew Wilhem. Guests gave Rodgers a warm welcome when he entered the restaurant. The group enjoyed rock shrimp, shellfish platter and pot stickers to start. Rodgers picked the New York strip steak with a side of mac and cheese for his main course.
