The French luxury brand Comite Colbert partners with the Dubai Mall to deliver the city’s first ever Colbert Festival from October 29th through November 7th. The Comite Colbert is an association which comprises of 75 French luxury brands and 11 associate members from renowned French cultural associations and is famous for promoting the French Art de Vivre internationally.
