Dori’s World: Dinner at Nobu, Tao’s 10th Anniversary and Bagatelle

On Saturday night, I went to dinner at Nobu with Haute Living publisher Seth Semilof, power PR maven Lizzie Grubman and reality TV star Simon Huck from “The Spin Crowd” and Alessandra Mesquita, CEO and founder of Mihndi. Nobu 57 was crazy fun. All the Berts and Shaul Nakash and the Caryes took over three tables. Erica Reid was having her birthday party in the back room. Old friends were popping in.

After dinner ,we all headed over to Tao‘s 10-year anniversary. Rich Thomas was working the ropes. Dimitri and Jamie, the WireImage photographers, and Chance from PMC where taking pics of all the celebs, such as Kim Kardashian, Kings of Leon, Kelly Rutherford and Adrian Grenier. Also, tons of our friends were there, including Liz Maidman, Kiliaen Van Rensselaer, Scot Lerner,  John Mason, Richie Rich, Jill Zarin, Annabelle Dexter Jones and Gregg Bello. Noah Teppenberg, Jason Strauss and Marc Packer really know how to do it.

On Sunday, Bagatelle is where the action was. Lizzie Grubman and I had a bite with Scot Lerner, who showed us his new clothing line called Jacks and Jokers. Ludovic Audesson from Pierre Michelle, and Ian Drew, the famous US Weekly reporter, were there. It was a very busy weekend.

While all of this was going in, tons of my friends were at the Frieze in London. Goga Ashkanzi was throwing a party for Inga Rubenstein and Santiago Gonzalas in her home, where Damien Hurst, Prince Andrew, Dennis Basso and Rena Sindi all came out to celebrate.
