New York’s Hottest Table Is Heading to Vegas: The Corner Store Opens at The Cosmopolitan

SoHo hotspot The Corner Store opens at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Nov. 9, 2026. Here's all you need to know.

There’s a martini in SoHo that tastes like sour cream and onion potato chips, and on November 9 it’s moving to Las Vegas. The Corner Store, the downtown New York hotspot from Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm and Catch Hospitality Group, opens its first location outside Manhattan on the third floor of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, bringing chef Michael Vignola’s Lobster & Caviar Rolls, its cult-favorite martinis and a Vegas-only lineup of Wagyu steaks to the Strip. Reservations are already live.

Las Vegas has never struggled to attract a scene. This fall, it’s getting one of New York’s most coveted.

For anyone who has spent months trying to land a table at the original, consider this a very good reason to book a flight, and then a dinner. The formula is beautifully seductive: familiar American favorites given a luxurious upgrade, a serious martini program and a room you’ll want to settle into for the night. In Vegas, it comes with a few additions worthy of its new address.

Comfort Food, With a Caviar Habit

Part of The Corner Store’s charm is that its menu knows exactly what sounds good after the second martini. Lobster & Caviar Rolls arrive with tarragon-celery remoulade. Five Cheese Pizza Rolls come with whipped ranch, a pairing that makes a persuasive case for indulging childhood cravings with decidedly grown-up dinner plans. Even the Caesar has a personality, with everything-bagel croutons and cream cheese croquettes.

Then there’s the Wagyu French Dip, built on Westholme Australian ribeye slow-roasted for 72 hours, the rare sandwich that makes skipping the steak feel entirely reasonable.

Except in Vegas, you shouldn’t skip the steak. Working with Las Vegas executive chef Daniel Bernardo, Vignola is adding an expanded selection of premium meats and hand-cut steaks found only at this location. The Butcher’s Counter features a Rosewood Ranch Wagyu Tomahawk and a Wagyu Porterhouse, the kind of order that turns dinner into a full-table production. Seasonal crudos, market-driven salads and big plates for sharing round things out. Bring friends with healthy appetites.

The Martini Gets Its Vegas Moment

If the food gets you in the door, the martinis keep you there. Catch Hospitality Group beverage director Lucas Robinson is teaming up with The Cosmopolitan’s head of mixology, Gedeon Tsegaye, to bring the SoHo favorites west, including the Tomato Martini and that Sour Cream & Onion Martini. Choosing the first round just got a lot more interesting.

Vegas also gets its own take on Oli’s Dirty Martini, served with a trio of mascarpone caviar olives. For a city that appreciates a little excess, it’s the perfect welcome. Behind the bar, the technique is serious (infusions, sous vide, milk washing and oil washing all come into play), but at the table, the pleasure is simple: an inventive drink, beautifully made.

The signature Martini Service, a large-format pour for two or three, makes the move too, and it’s the ideal opening move for a group dinner. Wine drinkers are in excellent hands as well, with a list curated by Catch Hospitality Group wine director Emily Buse and Douglas Kim, master sommelier and executive director of wine for MGM Resorts.

The New Las Vegas Location

Rockwell Group, which designed the SoHo original, is back for Las Vegas with a clear brief: bring the warmth of a New York neighborhood haunt into one of the Strip’s most glamorous resorts. You’ll find it through an intimate storefront of wood-framed doors, tinted fluted glass, amber drapery, illuminated stained glass and Art Deco details, a moment of discovery built right into the entrance.

Inside, it’s all burl wood, antique mirrors, marble, velvet and warm vintage light. The classic main bar flows into the Martini Room, anchored by a green onyx bar, and on into a dining room inspired by vintage train cars, with tailored banquettes, herringbone floors, arched details and New York City photography. It’s precisely the sort of room where an early dinner becomes a very late night.

For celebrations, a private dining room seats up to 24 and can split into two smaller spaces, dressed in golden plaster, polished burl wood and layered lighting.

Your Next Vegas Reservation

The opening deepens the partnership between MGM Resorts and Catch Hospitality Group, which began with CATCH at ARIA in 2018. This time, the draw is a SoHo favorite with its own distinct identity and enough Vegas exclusives to tempt even regulars of the New York original.
