Rose Bar at the Delano

Rose Bar has been South Beach’s ground zero for fashion-forward nightlife since Ian Schrager opened the Delano in 1995. The bar closed along with the rest of the hotel during its recent transformation, then reopened this year reimagined by Pirajean Lees as part of Delano’s new era under Paris Society. The signature rose-hued glow, Venetian chandeliers, and quartz-topped bar all remain, evoking 1980s nightlife glamour with a distinctly modern pulse. It’s designed to feel intimate early in the evening and progressively more alive as the night goes on, exactly the reputation it built the first time around.

The Living Room at Faena

The Living Room sits inside Faena Miami Beach. It channels 1950s Miami Beach glamour on purpose. Velvet seating, gold lighting, and towering chandeliers fill the room. Live jazz plays most nights before local DJs take over later. Signature cocktails include the Queen of Collins and the French Luxe. By midnight, the line between bar and performance space disappears entirely.

Matador Bar overlooks the hotel’s pool deck from inside The Miami Beach EDITION. American black walnut panels line the walls, hung with photographs from French photographer Lucien Clergue’s Matador series. A solid walnut floating bar sits at the center of the room. Custom furniture and jewel-toned velvet banquettes surround it. The space channels the charm of 1950s Havana, and the bar pays direct homage to the classic cocktail experience.

ViceVersa at the Elser Hotel

ViceVersa took home Best U.S. Hotel Bar at the 2026 Spirited Awards, one of the cocktail industry’s biggest honors. The ceremony took place in New Orleans. The Italian aperitivo bar sits inside Downtown Miami’s Elser Hotel. It only opened in 2024. Bartender Valentino Longo leads the program. His cocktails are technical and playful at once. The win followed a James Beard semifinalist nod the year before.

Champagne Bar at the Surf Club

Food & Wine’s 2026 Global Tastemakers Awards named the Champagne Bar at the Surf Club in Surfside the best hotel bar in the entire country. More than 400 culinary and travel experts made that call. They ranked it ahead of The Carousel Bar in New Orleans and Bemelman’s Bar in New York. The panel judged atmosphere, creativity, and hospitality. This bar won on all three.

Jo’s Bar at The Setai

The Setai’s bar leans into a sophisticated, almost zen-like calm. Jaya, the hotel’s restaurant, sits at the same location. Valmont handles the spa services next door. Guests consistently praise the smooth check-in experience and the quality of service at the bar itself.

Monterrey Bar at The Standard Spa

Monterrey Bar hides inside The Standard Spa in Miami Beach. The room stays sultry and intentionally understated. The cocktail menu leans creative, with drinks like the Paper Plane and the Monterrey Penicillin. An Aperitivo Hour runs weekdays from 5 to 8 p.m. The bao buns and crispy katsu sandwiches tend to turn a quick drink into a full night.

Bar Centro at the Andaz Miami Beach

Bar Centro anchors the Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa. The Key Lime Pie Daiquiri is the bar’s signature order. The setting leans relaxed rather than formal. It’s a strong pick for an early-evening drink before dinner elsewhere on the beach.
