Our cocktail of the week pick pays homage to none other than the late, great Coco Chanel — with a visually fun, divine-tasting cocktail courtesy of LPM Restaurant & Bar at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

The libation — a mixture of Ketel One, Champagne cordial, jasmine, bergamot and rose — is served alongside a tiny envelope, wax-sealed, liberally sprayed with Chanel’s signature No. 5 perfume. It is one of LPM’s most iconic cocktails, but is as much an experience as it is a cocktail—floral, glamorous, and unmistakably Parisian in spirit.
