Trump SoHo Hotel is Holding a Contest for Opening Weekend

In an effort to promote the new Trump SoHo Hotel, Ivanka Trump is offering her services—or at least her presence.  Opening sometime in February (the date has yet to be confirmed) the hotel is hosting a promotional contest, “Trump SoHo Hotel Countdown.”  Without having to lead the tumultuous life of a Trump apprentice, contestants could win the opportunity to not only meet Ivanka, but stay two-nights in a gorgeous suite, enjoy dinner for two at Quattro, and attend the hotel’s opening soiree, VIP style.  Apparently, marketing directors believed more contestants would enter for a chance to meet Ivanka than Donald—but the chance of both being in attendance at the opening reception is good.  The Trump SoHo New York opening reception will be hosted by Ivanka and is on Friday, February 19, 2010.
Just submitting an email address enters the contest, and there are 12 chances to win.  Winners, along with a guest, receive the free weekend at Trump SoHo, which takes place Thursday, February 18, 2010 through Saturday, February 20, 2010.  So although the opening date for the hotel has yet to be announced—a good bet would be around that time…
