Co-owner and co-founder of the beloved tea emporium Le Palais Gourmet in Beverly Hills, Randy Lee Arnold, is in the news this week as he lists his newly completed minimalist home on the market for a not-so-minimalist $3.8 million.
Located in the Sunset Strip area, the extremely modern 4,000 square-foot home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and was designed and built over the span of four years by Mr. Arnold. Featuring an incredible two-story glass entry way and an extremely open floor plan, perhaps the most intriguing and unique part of this home is its walls of glass that expose city-to-mountain views spanning across the Californian sky.
Mr. Arnold said he developed the house “as creative therapy” and his goal was to build a home that truly reflected what he portrays as the “relaxed indoor-outdoor” Californian lifestyle. However, having brought to life his exquisite dream, he is ready to pass on the luxury home to someone else, while he advances on to his next project.
