Celebrate International Women’s Day with Miami’s most fierce females at the 1 Hotel South Beach as the Miami hot spot hosts a special panel discussion and party in honor of the day. The special event will take place on March 8th, 2019, beginning with the panel at 6:30 p.m., followed by a happening rooftop party from 8:30 p.m. into the night.

The all-encompassing celebration will honor Miami’s most influential women, with Haute Living Global Director of Partnerships and Events Violet Camacho moderating the discussion, with panel speakers including: Janine Booth, celebrity chef and restaurateur (Stiltsville, Root & Bone); Pola Bunster, director of storytelling at Prism Creative Group; Sheli Muñiz, co-anchor of NBC6 Today; Monica Reyes, awareness strategist and TEDx Speaker; and Ingrid Casares, entertainment and nightlife guru and Haute 100–lister.

The inspiring panel discussion will pick the experts’ brains about women’s empowerment, business, their respective industries and so much more—designed to empower the audience with the speakers’ admirable stories. The panel will take place in the hotel’s beautiful Atrium area where guests will be treated to cocktails and prosecco and an invigorating discussion, as well as an interactive Q&A portion where the panelists will answer some of the attendees’ questions. After, the celebration will continue with a lively party upstairs at the hotel’s hip rooftop area, where an all-star lineup of female DJs will keep the music going through the night. Featured DJs headling both the day and night will include Yissel, Michelle Leshem, Pam Jones, Bonnie Beats, Ms. Mada and Ella Romand. Additionally, the beautiful 1 Hotel Lobby and bar area will feature a live performance from a female singer—the day will be headlined by a power squad of the city’s most powerful and influential females.

Most importantly, the exciting event will be giving back to an important cause—50-percent of the ticket proceeds will be donated to the Lotus House Women’s Shelter. Lotus House is a Miami-based women’s shelter, who according to their website, is committed to ending child and family homelessness in our country, advocating for the human rights and dignity of every child and family. Lotus House strives to bring food, education and healthcare to the families under their roof.
