Quick Hits: Celine Launches Fall 2017 Collection at Maxfield

On Thursday, June 1st, Celine and Maxfield hosted an event celebrating the exclusive launch of the French fashion brand’s Fall 17 (PF17) collection and exhibition in the Prouve Structure Nomade at Maxfield in Los Angeles. The exhibition will be on display from June 1st – 11th. To celebrate the partnership, Celine created two handbag styles in exclusive colorways: the Trotteur in Plum Grained Calfskin and the Medium Frame in Jade & Bright Red Shiny Smooth Calfskin, which are available exclusively at L.A. shopping staple Maxfield.

Other ready-to-wear items available include a satin-back crepe wrap dress and blouse in red and off-white; a pink shearling coat and leather goods including the brand’s Bowling bag and new Clasp bag styles Cabas, Soft Medium and Flap.
Those on hand to fete the new collection included Maxfield’s Tommy Perse, Maxfield’s Peter Utz, Jessica de Ruiter, Tanya Gill, Brooke Burke, Maor Cohen, Hunter and Megan Gray, Meredith Darrow, Mattia Biagi and more.
