The Winter Just Got Hauter: First Prosecco Pop-Up Comes to NYC

Founder of CitySip and New York Champagne Week, Blaine Ashley is shining a new light on our classic sparkly this 2016 with the exciting launch of the first ever “Prosecco Pop Up” happening in New York City on February and lasting all month!

This fizzy sweet happening will tae place in Alphabet City’s hottest Italian restaurant bar, IN VINO, where together with owner and beverage director, Keith Beavers, Ashley will design and offer a promotional menu featuring Prosecco by the glass or bottle as well as anti past and tasty pairing options. Fine food and fancy sparkly for days!

As if this wasn’t enough, Ashley and Beavers will team up to host the IN VINO ‘Drink Lab’ wine class called “Prosecco: Getting to Know the Bubbs You Love.” We can’t wait to attend! Taking place Tuesday, February 2^nd and Tuesday, February 16^th at IN VINO from 7:00 to 8:00 pm, up to twelve lucky guests will have the chance to indulge in a delicious and educational Prosecco tasting. With select brands featured throughout the month of The Prosecco Pop Up, it’s sure to be one thrilling occasion.
