The Top 5 Artist Installations at Lumiere London 2016
Londoners saw the city in a new light this past weekend. As natural light faded into night, London’s dark skies were lit up by over thirty stunning light installations. Lumiere London 2016 was a free light festival showcasing talented artists’ and their installations across the city of London. From Mayfair to King’s Cross to Trafalgar Square and back, London was made into a canvas for anyone willing to stop in their tracks and take a minute to look up.
The light festival, produced by Artichoke, received overwhelming crowds and success. Here are our ten favorite installations from Lumiere this year:
