Boxing fever took over Downtown Las Vegas on Friday night when Knockout Night at the D arrived at Downtown Las Vegas Events Center. Sitting ringside was entertainment mogul Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and hip-hop artist Akon, who enjoyed the main event featuring undefeated Richard Commey of Accra, Ghana and southpaw Bahodir “Baha” Mamadjonov of Houston. The duo was joined ringside by the D Casino Hotel Las Vegas’ CEO Derek Stevens and his wife, Nicole Parthum. After the exciting fight, where Commey took Baha in the eighth round, 50 Cent presented the winner with his victory belt.
